The family of Mr. Easterhaus will be in attendance and receive friends from 4-5 PM, Friday, October 16, 2020. Please note, masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.

Huntsville, Mo. resident, Norman Easterhaus, 83, went home to be with the Lord on October 11, 2020, the day of his 61st wedding anniversary. Norman Erwin Easterhaus was born February 1, 1937 in Forest Green, Mo., a son to the late Erwin and Lydia (Bandelier) Easterhaus. On October 11, 1959, he married Iona (Lyons) Easterhaus. Together they enjoyed 61 years of marriage. In October of 1958, Norman enlisted and served as military police with the U.S. Army National Guard. He was honorably discharged in October of 1962. Norman was a self-employed carpenter and farmer for 60 years, building numerous houses in the surrounding area. Norman and Iona loved the time spent traveling to Florida during the winter months and seeing their family. Norman accepted the Lord as his personal savior in 1981. He attended Family Life Fellowship Church in Moberly, Mo. Survivors include his wife, Iona, of the home; two daughters, Tammy (Tim) Holt of Tavares, Fl. and Sherry (Paul) Marsden of Apopka, Fl.; two grandchildren, Erica (Greg) Boop and Kendra (Andrew) Reyes; two great-grandchildren, Ella and Hunter Boop; sister, Charlene Imgarten of Glasgow, Mo.; sister-in-law, Darline Kussman of Brunswick, Mo; and a brother-in-law, Calvin (Sue) Lyons of Forest Green, Mo. Norman is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and relatives.
