The couple soon welcomed their children, Pam and Jeff, to the family, where they enjoyed camping trips the Rocky and Smokey Mountains. When Pam was a student at CMU, Bob decided to buy the True Value Hardware store, and operated it for several years. Bob was an avid trout fisherman, and a hardworking and honest businessman.
